Replacement Elementary School

Site work began just as the 2022-23 school year started for R Brown McAllister Elementary School. The new school is being built behind the existing school, which will remain in operation for the duration of construction. The current school sits on approximately 32 acres but only uses about three. The updated site and facility will give the students and staff a modernized 21st-century learning environment while utilizing the entire property. The existing buildings will remain on site for future use by Cabarrus County Schools.
