YCH Architects was recently awarded the Catawba County Board of Elections renovation project in Newton, NC. The project involves turning the former Newton Animal Shelter building into a new sophisticated Board of Elections facility. This will include a complete interior upfit, exterior painting and minimal updates, a new entry feature, and a rework/addition to the parking lot for safer circulation for employees, guests, and deliveries. Design work is underway and construction is slated to begin this Summer.
