The renovations for the Foundation Annex for UNC Charlotte included the complete demolition and new interior up-fit of approximately 4,000 square feet of office, meeting, and collaboration spaces. The work environment is designed to be open, inviting, and promote interactive participation throughout the office suite by integrating glass interior walls. The renovated space also contains several interactive “brainstorming” areas with floor-to-ceiling writable wall surfaces and video conferencing capabilities.
