This 1-1/2 mile state-of-the-art oval speedway was completely planned and designed by YCH Architects. The facility opened with a seating capacity of 150,000 seats and 194 VIP luxury suites with a full complement of competitor garages, media center, hospital, concessions, toilet facilities and souvenir facilities. The Facility is designed to ultimately accommodate 260,000 spectators. This facility is sited on a 950-acre tract of land and incorporates an oval circle track with an integrated Indy Car Track and Infield Road Course Circuit. This unique design allows for all popular forms of Motorsports competition to compete at this facility.
