YCH was able to take a quick walk through the day before move-in for the 2019 Student Housing Residence Hall at Wingate University. The 50,724 square foot building is three stories and will provide a home for approximately 200 students. Along with the typical student dorm rooms, the housing structure will include a general use kitchen, several classrooms, meeting/study rooms, and TV lounges for student use.
