Working with the Union County Government, YCH designed a complex renovation and addition to their current Board of Elections facility. The existing 7,200 sq.ft. space is located on the lower level of the Union County Library and remained in full operation as the 5,500 sq.ft. addition was built. The BOE staff moved into the new addition while the interior of the existing building was completely renovated. Our team executed the entire process in three phases, and construction took just over a year to complete.

The new facility boasts an extensive storage room with custom racks and shelving, a large training/meeting room, a conference room, a secure entry vestibule with an expanded lobby/waiting area, a break room, updated restroom facilities, and updated furnishings in all the offices and open work stations.
