YCH designed this 50,724 square foot three-story building that will provide homes for approximately 200 students. Along with the typical student dorm rooms, the housing structure will include a general use kitchen, several classrooms, meeting/study rooms, laundry rooms, a grab-n-go snack area, and TV lounge areas for student use.
