Rocky River is 113,448 sq ft and was designed for 1,000 K through 5th grade students with expansion capabilities to serve 1,200. The school contains several outdoor learning patios and collaborative learning spaces. Construction consists of load bearing masonry walls, with interior CMU walls throughout the school, except in the administration area, and an energy efficient central plant mechanical system.
