This project involved the adaptive re-use of the historic former Cabarrus Creamery building and served as an important revitalization of a historic area in Concord. Building upon the space needs planning work previously done by YCH, theĀ 10,000 sq. ft. renovation creates private offices, open workstations, conference rooms, a training room with associated storage, equipment storage, and workrooms to support election administration for the entire county of over 200,000 residents.
