YCH designed the existing facility on Spring Street in Concord, which replaced the original 1949 building. Since then, the Club membership has grown to over 2,000 boys and girls, prompting the need for additional space. YCH recently finished a 36,716 sq.ft. addition adding much-needed space to accommodate the growth in Cabarrus County. The 70-year-old Club is one of the longest-standing and storied institutions in Concord and Cabarrus County. The new, 2-story expansion offers additional space for arts and crafts, media, performance arts, life skills, technology, and games.
